We offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 12:00. Orders placed after 12:00 will be dispatched the following working day. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. Most deliveries are handled by Royal Mail and typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours.

We accept returns within 14 days if items are unused, unopened, and are a stock line. Faulty or incorrectly delivered items are fully refunded. Standard returns may incur a £9.95 collection fee and a 10% handling fee (max £50). Refunds are issued by credit note within 72 hours after being authorised.
