Refund policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@elegante-uk.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In the same condition as received
• In their original packaging

Items that have been worn or opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

3. Return Postage

We will arrange a collection. A £9.95 collection fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may return items using your own tracked service at no charge.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item, you are entitled to a full refund including return postage costs. Please contact us at orders@elegante-uk.com with a description and photograph of the issue.
