Quick answers
How much is UK delivery?
Delivery is free on UK orders over £40. Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day, and most deliveries arrive within 24 to 48 hours.
How do I return an item?
Use our returns form within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, unless faulty.
How do I choose my size?
Our women’s sizes run from S to XL and are based on your hip measurement and height. Each product page has a size guide with a size finder.
Why is a size or colour unavailable?
Stock levels are live from our distribution centre, so popular sizes and colours can sell out quickly. Email orders@elegante-uk.com and we’ll tell you when it’s back.
