We offer same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 12:00. Orders placed after 12:00 will be dispatched the following working day. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. Most deliveries are handled by Royal Mail and typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Worn or opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. We can arrange collection for a £9.95 fee, or you can return items yourself using a tracked service at no charge. Faulty or incorrectly delivered items will be fully refunded, including return postage costs. Please email orders@elegante-uk.com to request a return.
